1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all wholesale transactions between Hippie Fiber (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the buyer (“you,” “your”). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Hippie Fiber supplies handcrafted hemp clothing made in Nepal and distributes products to wholesale buyers in Canada and other regions.
2. Orders & Specifications
All orders must be clearly specified by the buyer, including:
- SKU(s)
- Quantity
- Color
- Size
- Custom logo (if applicable)
Once the order details are confirmed, they cannot be modified without our written approval.
3. Pricing
- Prices are agreed upon before order confirmation.
- Once confirmed, prices are locked in and will not change.
- Any additional customization or changes may result in additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable upfront payment is required to initiate production.
- Production will only begin after the upfront payment is received.
- The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery or shipment release.
5. Production & Delivery Timeline
- Orders typically take 5–6 weeks from production to delivery after the upfront payment is received.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, shipping disruptions, or production factors.
6. Shipping & Delivery Costs
- Shipping and delivery costs are shared as follows:
- 40% paid by the buyer
- 60% covered by Hippie Fiber
- Final shipping costs will be communicated prior to shipment.
7. No Refund Policy
- All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued once the order is placed and production has started.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
- Refunds or replacements will only be considered if products are received damaged or defective.
- Buyers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Clear photos/videos of the damage
- Description of the issue
- Upon verification, we may offer:
- Replacement of the damaged items, or
- Partial/full refund (at our discretion)
9. Custom Orders
- Custom logo or branded products are made specifically for the buyer and cannot be resold.
- These orders are non-refundable under all circumstances, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
10. Risk & Ownership
- Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer upon delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Political instability
- Supply chain disruptions
- Shipping or customs delays
12. Limitation of Liability
Hippie Fiber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada.
